An Afternoon of Pilates and Mindfulness
On Wednesday afternoon we are offering you a choice of events to suit your own timetable and abilities.
We have “Pilates with Kate “taking place from 15:15 to 16:00. Our Pilates teacher Kate will take you through a full routine of Pilates at your desk, followed by a “Selfcare at your Desk” session with some tips on how to keep pain free and healthy while sitting and working at your desk.
There will also be a shorter version of “Pilates with Kate” available from 15:15 for anyone under time pressure, this will last for 10 minutes.
Following Pilates for those seeking something more relaxing, we are also offering a “Mindfulness Session with Ellen”. Our tutor Ellen will bring you through the science behind mindfulness, followed by a mindfulness session.
Please note both Pilates and Mindfulness sessions will be available for delegates to access at their leisure after Wednesday 21st July 2021.
